Inuk is real state Project located 500
meters from the Playa del Carmen –
Cancún Highway, on the Carpinteros
Avenue in an urban growth zone.

Its strategic location not only connects Inuk with
two of the main apexes of mexican tourism, but
also puts it only 1.2 kilometers away from the
beautiful Caribbean Sea, easily accessed
through clean streets and avenues.

Inuk is a Project made up of 40 apartments with 1 or 2 rooms and 26
studios. Some apartments can be divided and turned into lock o rooms.
Apartments have a laundry center area, and come equipped with electric
lock and electric stove.
Our Studios are equipped with a bed, kitchen, refrigerator, inverter A/C,
lamps, air fans, electric lock and electric stove. Moreover, studios with
access to the terrace will have an outdoors table.

AMENITIES

Inuk offers common areas as well as recreational
and amusement: reception, living room and
co-working lounge; and a swimming pool in a
grill terrace, hydromassage zones, lounge chairs
in and outside the pool area, and restrooms.
Additionally, the project is equipped with 4
elevators for easy movement between
apartments. It also comes with public terraces,
hammock areas, gardens with regional flora, a
bird sanctuary and a holistic center that
perfectly adapts to the departmental set thanks
to its unique design and features.
With sustentability always in mind, three water
tanks will be implemented to gather rain water
to be used within the installations.
