factors: Sustentability and terrain
exploitation. Environment studies, and the
orientation have allowed the creation of a
functional elements concept. Inuk is designed
to become a synonym of permanence.
Furthermore, the settlement naturally
integrates with the environment, turning into
a living hallway together with endemic
species of the region. The Inuk Project
contemplates a harmonic balance that
respects the regional flora and integrates it
within its design without altering it or mixing it
with outside species.
MASTER PLAN
Inuk is a Project made up of 40 apartments with 1 or 2 rooms and 26
studios. Some apartments can be divided and turned into lock o rooms.
Apartments have a laundry center area, and come equipped with electric
lock and electric stove.
Our Studios are equipped with a bed, kitchen, refrigerator, inverter A/C,
lamps, air fans, electric lock and electric stove. Moreover, studios with
access to the terrace will have an outdoors table.
GENERAL FEATURES
AMENITIES
Inuk offers common areas as well as recreational
and amusement: reception, living room and
co-working lounge; and a swimming pool in a
grill terrace, hydromassage zones, lounge chairs
in and outside the pool area, and restrooms.
Additionally, the project is equipped with 4
elevators for easy movement between
apartments. It also comes with public terraces,
hammock areas, gardens with regional flora, a
