Yaxche is a project that was born from the very roots of the trees of the

zone, the viceregal estates of the Yucatan peninsula, the different
the former convents and pre-Hispanic ruins. With lush vegetation,

patios and arcades, is that a true oasis is achieved for the inhabitants
permanent or intermittent of Playa del Carmen.
The project consists of two volumes interconnected by bridges and
