You will find a large living room with a matching terrace and jacuzzi overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Very comfortable furniture and a TV for those who cannot leave home without it. Off the living room area are two bedrooms. The spacious master fronts the sea and opens to the terrace, has a huge bed and large ensuite.

The ample guest room has a small foyer with bath to the left and large bedroom with two matrimonials to the right. This bedroom, as the rest of the condo, is full of light.

The condominium itself has only 32 condominiums, very large gated common areas, enclosed parking and a great beach. It also has terrific property managers.

The marina is a few minutes walk away with it´s restaurants, shops, sports etc. Playa del Carmen is 20 minutes north and Tulum is 30 minutes south. Puerto Aventuras is well situated for trips to all of the famous Mayan ruins.
