KITAM CONDO HOSTEL is a designed place for tourism and
temporary stay in the urban center of the Tropical Caribbean
Haven of Tulum. The architectural style is Eco-Chic, blending
the ecological and natural elements with luxury and comfort of the modern world.

The building is designed to host visitors that essentially plan to discover the area
and allow them to save and reduce the normal budget on accommodation to
rather spend it on recreational activities or longer vacations enjoying at the
same time a central location with a vibrant communitarian and social life.

The mini and nano studios provide privacy, security and comfort on a minimum
space area. The finishes are a local natural plaster done with sand and tree resin of the Tzalam tree.
Polished cement floors. Dark chestnut type color wood will be used and Rattan woven furniture and decoration is recommended.
A fully equipped common kitchen with cookware and a common laundry spot are available.
Meals can be enjoyed in the large Social Area located in the covered zen patio surrounded by a waterfall fountain and garden.

The common areas also include a welcoming lobby with a front desk
for the check-ins and out of guests with a management that will
allow the unit owners if they wish to run their place as a hostel.
A lecture area with a travelers library and book exchange concept.
A quiet relaxing room with a S-type roller massage chair with
intelligent body scan system for an adapted treatment.

In the rooftop garden : a large luxurious infinity pool,
sundeck area, hammocks and lounge under the palm
thatched roof shadow. A BBQ with a stove can also serve
as a second additional auxiliary kitchen for the guests.
