The design of Etnica shows the importance of the social aspect of an architectural project.
On the ground floor, you will find an area dedicated to local wellness businesses. Upstairs, there is an open-air cinema, apicnic area, as well as areas dedicated to meditation and reading. On the next floor, there is a pool with a glassfront that lights up the front of the building, as well as a swimming lane, an area for yoga and a gym with a panoramic view.
It is made up of 19 apartments and 3 penthouses of 1 and 2 bedrooms located in Tulum, which make the most possible use out of the conditions and natural resources which surround the project.
