Tuluum was a walled city of the Mayan culture located in the state of Quintana Roo, in the southeast of Mexico, on the coast of the Caribbean Sea. It is currently a great tourist attraction of the Riviera Maya and next to it is the modern city of the same name, Tulum. The Mayan city is located within the Tulum National Park.
 It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, one of the essential sites in Tulum are its Mayan ruins, located on a cliff facing the Caribbean Sea; with warm starry nights and crystal clear waters is the only archaeological site that is located on the seafront. It is the most photogenic site in the region and, perhaps, in the whole country.
