Etnica is a Habitat project, which from its construction process takes up materials and techniques that come from Mexican hands and efforts. Therefore, when living in Ethnicity you are part of a collective characterized by the appreciation of the local, of our roots. It consists of 22 apartments located in tulum, Quintana Roo, including living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and 1 to 2 bedrooms with variants such as garden, terrace or rooftop.

We all know the processes of nature are perfect. And that is why we visualize ethics as a living entity, whose metabolism works carefully in a connected way through the application of different ecotechnologies in terms of: green areas, water, waste, energy and transport.

Among its amenities are: Gym, central pool, controlled access lobby, security with closed circuit, grills, hammocks, access to beach club, solar panels, rainwater collection, waste separation, wastewater treatment, lighting saving energetic, solar heaters, water purification system, bicycles, parking of each unit with permeable surfaces.
