XIK TULUM, is the third development of MEXARK Architects in Tulum, and the seventh in the Riviera Maya. There are six departments, with finishes and a boho chic style, spacious spaces, with terraces, pools and private hot tubs in all departments.

Tulum is nothing more than a beach destination, in Tulum you come to live the complete experience. You have to go to the cenotes, get to know the town, eat typical food, take photos for Instagram eating a Marquesita and with the local people who always treat tourists with a smile. That is why we chose the already famous Region 15, very central location to be able to live the daily life of Tulum as a local and at the same time near the beach, cenotes and the exit to the road to get to know other places nearby.

When we explained the concept of development we said that it is more focused on giving space to each department, so we decided not to give space for common areas. So we also give you the privacy that everyone needs. But of course we all want the maximum comfort possible, that's why all departments have these services:
