From terraces and roofs that merge with the green creating a feeling of natural landscaping in the middle of the Mayan jungle; natural areas, common spaces, corridors of wide vegetation throughout the community.

Aldea Savia is a new life model concept that offers a wide variety of activities allowing families to take root and enjoy the natural surroundings of Tulum. The architectural design offers wide spaces and green areas allowing fluid ventilation, natural light inputs, privacy and security to each home.
