Your 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is beautifully furnished with luxury and comfort in mind, equipped with everything needed to relax and wrap up a beautiful day in paradise. Great for families or a small group of friends wanting a luxurious vacation, this condo has beautiful dark wood finishings, a spacious living area and lovely outdoor spaces. The kitchen boasts a large granite island with bar stools as well as a modern, sleek dining room table and chairs. Just off the living space on the first floor is a half bathroom for your convenience. Floor to ceiling windows provide ample light, but come with heat reducing curtains throughout to keep you cool. A large and extraordinarily comfortable couch will hold you and your guests if you decide to stay in for a night of watching movies on our wall mounted TV. The couch easily folds out into a queen size bed which can comfortably accommodate 2 guests overnight. .

THE BEDROOMS
You and your guests will enjoy restful nights in our beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a pillow topped mattress, a secure safe, ample storage in the built in wooden closets and floor to ceiling windows. The screened windows let in cooling breezes during quiet evenings. Each room has air conditioning, the rooms cool down within minutes of turning them on. Your bedroom includes a private plant-lined smoking balcony with huge screen and glass doors. The bedrooms are equipped with a king sized bed as well as ample closet and drawer space. The bedroom on the lower level is equipped with a large screen TV and the bathroom is just outside the door. The second level bedroom has a private entrance and en-suite bathroom and includes a Private Rooftop Jacuzzi pool, on your own private plant-lined patio. The bathrooms feature glass and stone showers with rainshower shower heads.
COMMON USE AREAS
We are proud to offer a beautiful crystal clear Rooftop Pool, complete with 2 lounge beds, several solid wood tables and chairs, and a self stocking bar that you are encouraged to use to feed your friends and family or make up some tropical drinks. Just down the hall from the common area Rooftop Pool, you'll find our Rooftop Work Out area. Our work out area includes all new equipment: hand weights, 2 stationary bikes, 2 treadmills, yoga mats, floor to ceiling mirror, and a top of the line Cedar Sauna. Washer and Dryers can be found on the Rooftop as well and are free of charge for guests. We are able to do the laundry for you for a small fee.
